(Didn't mean to sound rude, hi ^_^)

Aha, okay, in that case, the name is entirely appropriate. :P

Video Games / Re: What do you look for in a game?

I like games which you can spend hours playing and have the time feel like minutes, the type of games that really drag you in to experience the world it holds.

Usually, I'd like some sort of customisation or freedom to do what I like with my character, and shape my character into my image. If a game is too emotionally detached, I find it hard to enjoy playing, as when/if your character dies, you end up not really caring, and I like to care about the person I am when I play games.

Some level of strategy being required is also a positive for me. I don't generally enjoy games where I can simply power through them with my over-levelled character.

A good sound track and decent graphics help round off the game for me, though they are not necessities.

TES: Skyrim is a game I play over and over again, purely because there are so many different ways of playing the game.

If I'm not at home for a long time, I'll bring my 3DS with me and play Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, Pokemon Soul Silver or Pokemon Black/White.

Pokemon is my most played and one of my favourite games series, most played because of the sheer amount of games they've made from R/B/Y to B2/W2.

I'm also a fan of Bethesda's TES:Skyrim and Fallout: New Vegas. Kingdom Hearts is also amazing!

Arts 'n such / Re: Reading?

I agree with pretty much everything that is said above. I enjoy reading, but I'm often too busy to sit down to read properly, and when I have time, I'm normally too tired or not in the mood to do so. :/

Just a small question, why is the forum called "The Acid Reflux"? I have no problem with it, it's just a little... out there. I'm sure there is a perfectly rational reason. :P

Hi, I too am from, though I was never very interactive. I'm actually quite interested in TAR because of the added variety of topics, should be nice. :)
